Any orders placed on and from Tuesday 26th March on Standard Delivery, please allow a little extra time due to couriers Easter delivery hours.

Any orders placed after Thursday 28th March will not be posted until April 3rd.

International customers are responsible for any import duites & custom fee charges. We unfortunately have no control over these charges & cannot predict what they may be. If you refuse the charge you will not be refunded the shipping cost when we receive the parcel back to us. You will also be responsible for the return of of the parcel. Please make sure you are aware of the charges before purchasing. 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an order over £30 you should consider using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any damages or loss of returned items.

If you are not entirely satisfied with the product purchased, you can return within the ‘cooling off’ period of 14 days for a refund.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to return your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with the tags attached and no make up or lipstick marks.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
